In the form of management due diligence, our clients take advantage of this service to assist with decision-making for
business re-engineering activities; new investments, mergers and acquisitions, and also for personnel development measures.
Since the aim is in all cases to optimize the functionality of a management team in a specific situation and with a view to achieve a
particular objective, we do not use standardized methods but develop a tailor-made set of tools which is based on the specific character
of the project.
Our evaluation is based on individually predefined criteria for each project and our conclusions cover both the competence and
potential of individual team members and also the way in which they relate to one another in the team matrix.
